~~...Those do still exist and just not get used much, right?~~

[x] Find example of user with the email/location/birth date/etc. data filled out
[x] Make sure having those optional fields filled out won't break the existing/core ones
[x] Add to user.ts and user.test.ts accordingly

5 Added test user for optional fields (Franzeska), retrieval of email, retrieval of birthday, retrieval of location; fixed errors caused for other data when optional fields exist.
