As an admin user, I want to be able to enter my login credentials

There should be a login component that at minimum accepts

• username
• password

The NextJs docs should be checked to see if this needs to be a server or client component as data will be submitted. For now

• [ ] Create a form component with proper semantics and attributes
• [ ] There should be an input field for the username
• [ ] There should be an input field for the password
• [ ] There should be a submit button
• [ ] The form submits when pressing the enter key
• [ ] The user should not be able to submit an empty form (proper validation will be addressed in a future issue)
• [ ] On submit, the page should not refresh
• [ ] On submit, the form inputs are logged to the console for now (this will be addressed in a future issue)
• [ ] There should be validation of the form:
  • [ ] username: minimum length 4?
  • [ ] password: minimum length 8?
  • [ ] Submit button should be disabled if form is invalid
