Description

In this PR, I've:

[ ] Updated Logo to point at correct address on both the patient and admin portals.
[ ] Fixed the issues with Logo image updation on dark themes.
[ ] Updated Header and Footer to expand infinitely on all the screens
[ ] Updated telephone numbers in the footer to have visual indicators while hovered over that they are links.
[ ] Added hover effects on Callout button of the Hero section

Acceptance Criteria
