Implementation for perpendicular vectors and three-point arcs. There's stuff here for mid-point and intersect calculation too, those can be left out. three-point arc can be adjusted as discussed #43

Thanks, I'm away at the moment, but will implement this when I'm back. It may be later in January before I get to it, but hopefully sooner
