Updated STL and STEP files #1

The main 3 brackets have been updated to improve the ease of assembly, and some STEP files have been uploaded.

All M3 clearance holes have been increased to 3.4mm diameter All M4 clearance holes have been increased to 4.5mm diameter

An improved coupling system has been added to the "Extruder Bracket" using a long bolt to locate onto the shaft of the motor.

Very nice! Please change as follows (to ensure it all works with existing links in the guidance doc and ensure clarity for people who may have looked at the repo already):

keep the stl files at the top level of the folder (or the 'optional' folder within that folder, don't put them in a new stl folder.
keep the old versions in the repo but move them to a new folder called 'old' and suffix all their filenames with 'v01'

Also, please confirm that these have all been tested and work at least as well as the original versions of these parts.

Thank you for the comments. I believe I have uploaded the changes, though I'm still new to github, so please do double check. I have printed and tested the changes to the 3 main brackets and have added the required holes to the Duet case. I am not sure how I ended up with the wrong file before. Let me know if anything else still needs changing.
