add missing data file #136

Describe the bug

Merging #91 missed a data file for in context learning which was not checked in. Add this file to prevent the live version from crashing.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Try to run a video through Raphael.

Expected behaviour

Videos to process; instead they would be analysing indefinitely.
