We'll need a high quality labelled data set for ongoing training & evaluation.

[x] Sample a larger set of YouTube videos - Ed has done this
[x] Design a richer prompt - Cam has done this
[x] Create a spreadsheet of extracted claims to be labelled - Cam & Ed are doing this
[x] Pass to the health fact checking teanm to annotate - David will do this
