8 update list of search keywords and phrases to get a wider variety of health misinformation #19

Fixes #8 .

Expands YouTube search queries and also adds a script for Gemini to get health claims from all the YouTube captions.

It's all devvy scripts, so I'm mostly requesting a review to invite anybody who wants to have a mooch to do so.
