feat: merge Frontend to main #27

Closes #17, by introducing the frontend developed by @scoltman and some build process by me. Yes, in practice we put the Nginx container running behind Nginx running on the box.

This PR seems to put the same content into two different places? Did you intend to move content in 2660ac4411b591fce17d11e92fcce4b07914dd99 instead of copying it, @ff-dh?
