feat: auto-deploy from GitHub Actions #55

Pushing to main triggers a GitHub Action that will build the docker images, push them to docker hub, and then run the ansible playbook on the server.

Fixes #54; fixes #39.

Running locally with docker is still not quite right, but I’ve tried to avoid making this worse.
