Refactoring w/ minor perf tweaks

• Incorporates a few commits from merrika such as Themes and dotnet 8
• updates to dotnet 8
• updates readme and events.md w/ links and videos and formatting
• adds basic coding style so you can run dotnet format
• adds constants file for all of the strings (okay, like 70%, I'm tired).
  • This helps ensure (whether .net optimizes or not), that the strings are created once. Small perf boost, probably not noticeable.
  • This helps standardize
  • This may help if API changes come in the future
• version bump to 2.5 since this is a hefty change (with dotnet 8 move)
