bpm change increase results in only 2/3 of intended bpm on a certain mapset #19

only happens on this mapset that I found: https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmaps/2814413 It doesn't glitch when I decrease bpm, and it has no problem with other beatmaps I tried.

in most cases if osu!trainer is generating difficulty with a lower bpm, you just have to turn dt on before starting the map. It is done like that so you can create difficulties with AR or OD higher than 10
