Why are there no instantaneous fuel consumption in telemetry date？

I guess that's related to SCS Software's Telemetry SDK itself - it doesn't have such specific field, which would show the current fuel consumption at the moment. Also, the unit of measurement changes when vehicle is stationary to reflect fuel consumption per time unit rather than distance.
