What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File is attempt to make a 1.75 inch square with 1/4 inch radius corners. The
center should contain a 1.2" diameter hole, and holes for #8 screws in the
corners. The sketches were originally created from a face on a solid, which is
also in the file. Extra arcs spontaneously appeared in the bolt holes.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Built from source today, on Ubuntu 10.04 from the EMC2 live CD.
Please provide any additional information below.
