Special characters doesn't appears correctly #354

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Starting Heekscad
2.the special characters (éèàù...) doesn't appears in the french version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The special characters (éèàù...) should't appear in the french version

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 18 on Windows 2003 + Windows TSE.

Please provide any additional information below.

This problem comes from the glfont2 usage, which does handle unicode. As a 
workaround, we recently add a function that change accentuated letters with 
corresponding letters (without accent). Its not perfect, but its better.

Any contribution to be able to draw unicode text in HeeksCAD OpenGL view is 
welcome!
