Our stack consists of Functional TypeScript using the FP-TS library and its ecosystem along with React & Redux. Where libraries haven't existed, we've created our own and open sourced them.
From day one, our engineering culture has emphasized and promoted a culture of doing it right the first time. We value quality, consistency, and correctness over speed or volume. We've built this ethos into every aspect of our development process. From the basic dev tooling to the product itself, we utilize strict static typing everywhere and leverage the TypeScript compiler to drive code correctness as much as possible.
No prior functional programming experience necessary, we are willing and happy to guide and teach enthusiastic candidates on the job.
