Better encapsulate exported widget styles #7

Describe the bug

I thought I'd solved for this, but I think some of the global tailwind styles from the exported web component are still affecting apps where it's embedded

Steps to reproduce

Embed the widget in an app and see if tailwind styles get applied to :root

Expected behavior

Tailwind styles from the widget should not affect the styles of the app it is embedded into
