unify nixpkgs inputs and split terra off to use the last nixpkgs version it could #47

calls to \<nixpkgs> were replaced with a call to ./pkgs.nix (which is the same thing) so that if this is encountered in the future there is a single place to lock it to. terra was pushed off onto the last nixpkgs commit it compiled with. tested, and works on latest-ish version of nixos.
