Rewrite of API, models and views #4

Hey,

We have worked for the last 1+ month with rewriting the API endpoints, the models and a lot of other things in this repo. We will keep maintaining this as long as we use Paypal Adaptive on our site. Please feel free to merge back the changes that you feel are appropriate into the original project.

@antonagestam This was proof-of-concept code that we ended up not using at my company. I'd prefer to just transfer the repo to you or your organization if you're interested in maintaining it - it looks like you've taken the code way beyond its original barely-working state anyway.

In the meantime I'll merge your branch.

@gmcguire I think it would be beneficial to transfer the ownership to FundedByMe, since we're still actively maintaining this. What do you think?
