Remove italicized strain names from fig. cap because fig. cap are all italicized when rendered to .docx. #43

I tried removing the astrix before and after the strain name to 'unitalicize' in fig cap. That did not work (strain name still italicized. Tried <!i>Prochlorococcus marinus </!i> but did not work. Will research for solution after submission to PLOS.
