Support AS_ mode #18

Looks like AS_ mode became broken.

I have seen some basic goal picking code for rescue one and VIP, perhaps this might work already.

Maybe, but many bots have issues (even the official CSBot) that prevent it from playing optimally. The VIP bots should probably be less aggressive, maybe make it follow behind most bots.

After a brief test I can see at least the bots know the VIP safety point is important. Not sure if it works properly for VIP only , needs more testing

Ran with a VIP only the map. It consistently goes to the VIP safety zone. Not always it is rescued, because it backs off a bit too early, but always retries. So I need to tweak that part.

VIP rescue works as expected now.
