Move Fungus project to newer editor version. #12

We need to be at a minimum of 2021, I want to just move to 2022.

But we need to be mindful of backwards compatibility. I think 2018 is as far back as we should worry about, maybe even just 2019?

I have tested a Fungus package created in 2022 on 2021 and 2020 with sucess. See #9 to view changes.

Needs more testing, especially on 2019 and 2018 editors.
