dashboard: mark required vs. optional fields #15

It is not clear in the dashboard, which fields must be supplied and which ones are optional. Please consult current common best practices in UI design with the chosen CSS framework and find a suitable way of displaying to the user which fields he/she needs to fill out.

I fixed this in tapyr commit 409198465e20 and updated nodedb-graz-tmp.funkfeuer.at and nodedb.ffgraz.net.
