Additional option for randomized item sharing #165

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Can be annoying to feel like you have to loot either a good/bad item sometimes (splitting a green and yellow after a boss fight etc, who gets what)
while using the Randomized shared pickups, think it would be fun if anyone could loot anything without feeling like they are missing out on getting anything specific

Describe the solution you'd like An additional option next to randomize pickups that also change so the the player who pick up the item gets a randomized item, to make it fully random for everyone

Describe alternatives you've considered something that makes all non lunar/void items randomized for anyone who picks them up

Additional context Hopefully this idea makes sense, was not really sure how to word it tl;dr option to make randomizesharedpickups also randomize the item for the player picking it up

I like this a lot! I'll add it to the 3.0.0 milestone, and we'll get to it when we can :)
