Add an OverrideCellEventLootScaling option for the Void Fields #70

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Void Fields currently grant each participating player an item upon the completion of a cell event. Because these items are dropped on the ground, it results in a large spike in item power when using ShareSuite.

Describe the solution you'd like Ideally, this would be handled nearly identically to how boss loot drops currently are in ShareSuite. An option in the config, e.g. OverrideCellEventLootScaling, would allow users to toggle the override, and an additional option, e.g. CellEventLootCredit, would allow users to specify the number of items dropped when the previous option was set to "true".

This solution would allow users to independently control how many items were rewarded for the completion of each cell, allowing the Void Fields to stay balanced within the context of ShareSuite. Continuing to have the items drop on the ground allows the other features and rulesets of ShareSuite to apply, giving users even more control over the event.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be to control the rewards of each cell event using the currently existing OverrideBossLootScaling and BossLootCredit options. This would likely work well for most users, since the effects of those options are likely identical to the desired results in the Void Fields, but give less control if other results are desired.

Fixed in 1.15.0
