Ghor's Tome nuggets don't add gold #83

Describe the bug The hold nuggets that gores tome creates don't seem to add gold. This is the case irrespective of the number of players.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Have gore's tome and attempt to pick up the nuggets, should become apparent.

Expected behavior Each nugget should add gold equal to the value of 1 small chest.
