[Suggestion] Disabling specific equipment from dropping

but could you also add it so we can blacklist Equipment like the backup (tied with Gesture of the Drowned it will crash/lag the server/host

You can disable sharing of certain items via the blacklist configuration. Disabling of items is done via a different mod, made by Ryan. Check it out on Thunderstore!

let me rephrase that I shouldn't of said items I shouldve said equipment.

As far as I know, Ryan's mod also allows for the exclusion of certain equipment.

the mod he creates does the same thing as yours UnhideGameRules but you have to scroll to find them and if someone presses ready you cant do it no more. the idea here is to press shift + f10 and do it that way as the shared lib gui is easier

Ah ye I forgot about the shared mod UI. Doesn't that come with any way of blacklisting? If not, I'll see to getting it implemented.

yea with the SharedModLibrary you can blacklist the items but equipment isnt listed at all

Ah yes but that's just sharing items blacklisting. You want to completely remove the Backup from the game, right?

yea his UnhideGameRules does that but like I said if someone readys up you cant blacklist no more so the idea here is to also implement it in the config for this mod so it shows up in the gui as the items do so you can blacklist ahead of time before you head into the multiplayer

So to summarize this feature request, this would be to add a new feature to remove given items and/or equipment from dropping in the game via chests, printers, etc., would that be correct, @thevipe?

yes but it would be adding the equipment mostly as the items are already shown (image above)

Right, but that blacklist serves a different purpose: that blacklist prevents them from being shared, not from dropping.

Closing this as ShareSuite should not affect the drop tables in any way. Could be made into a separate mod.
