Config for scavenger scaling #92

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I liked how scavengers worked before

Describe the solution you'd like Add a config variable to enable or disable the scavenger loot scaling

Hey! Thanks for your issue report! Could you please describe what the expected behaviour is for disabled scavenger loot scaling?

before the scavenger fix it would always drop 10 things, in normal worlds and the lunar obliteration one.

And now it dropped less items? With how many people did you play together?

now all scavengers drop 2 items from their bag. I played with 3 and with 4 people.
