The cinematic bit at the end of 2hot doesn't load specifically on Opera GX I've found. it instead just cuts to black after the song and goes straight into Blazin'. Opened the game in chrome and it worked fine.(NOTE: this was done on a new tab with no accounts signed in.) (edit) Upon reopening chrome and signing in to my google account, while going through weekend 1 again once again after beating 2hot, the game immediately goes to the loading screen and starts Blazin'.

Figured out the cause for this earlier. It happens if you lose during the song.
