Have you identified any steps to reproduce the bug? If so, please describe them below in as much detail as possible. Use images if possible.

1. Open chart editor, any song
2. Open Help windows
3. Open Hotkeys section, to the right of Basics
4. Scroll through the hotkeys
5. This will also scroll through the notes in the background

Please describe your issue. Provide extensive detail and images if possible.

When you're in the chart editor and you open the help and then hotkeys section, and you use your scroll wheel to scroll through the hotkeys, the notes in the background will also scroll

If you're game is FROZEN and you're playing a web version, press F12 to open up browser dev window, and go to console, and copy-paste whatever red error you're getting

I was unable to reproduce this bug on either 0.3.2 or 0.5.1 Are you able to reproduce and record it?
