Freeplay Menu doesn't display difficulty ratings 16-20 properly #2782

Describe the bug

In the screenshot is a custom song chart by me. It is rated 20, however there are only 15 stars that appear as shown in the screenshot. (The blue stars represent stars beyond 10)

I think this is plainly not a bug but rather intended design. The difficulty rank stepper in the Metadata window only goes from 0-15, so they only made the stars work with numbers up to 15.

If I recall correctly, Eric (or was it PhantomArcade?) said on stream that 20 would be the hardest song to make it into base game. I'm not entirely sure, though.

Still it feels weird to have the max be 15 when the blue stars don't fill the bar all the way.

20 (or any multiple of 10) makes sense to me!
