Enhancement: Add the 1 missing enemy notes on Ugh and Guns #2797

For the sake of consistency lol. Both songs have been missing a Tankman note up to now on v0.4.1. Videos are from Hard.

The missing Ugh note is at 0:51. The missing Guns note is at 0:46.

It's a small thing, but i think it's worth adding.
