Results percentage counter plays ticking audio inconsistently #2802

The score percentage counter in the results screen has a weird audio bug that's present in the HTML5 version of the game only

Pretty sure this happens in all versions last I checked.

correct, I just put the version I tested it on.

I do not have any reproduction for this issue yet. I have seen other users experience it but I have never experienced it myself.
