Enhancement: Add Mouse availability in the main menu to avoid soft lock

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

You can pretty easily soft lock yourself out of the game by deleting both [accept] key binds, yeah, pretty dumb if you do that on purpose, that's also why i wouldn't classify this as a bug, but it can happen and there's no way to access the options again to fix it, or even play the game normally. if you could access options with the mouse this wouldn't be an issue, either that or that you couldn't just leave the key binds options with nothing on [accept]. (i may or may not be having this issue at the moment and cannot play the game in new grounds unless i use another account)

The save data is not with your account, it is in your cookies I'm pretty sure
