I think it's not using cnc-ddraw, do you have 360 anti-virus?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\KnownDLLs check if there is ddraw.dll listed in there and remove it

Try to do a test run with the debug build : https://github.com/FunkyFr3sh/cnc-ddraw/files/12388372/DebugLog.zip

Upload me the "cnc-ddraw.log" file here. IF there is no "cnc-ddraw.log" file then it's probably not using cnc-ddraw
