Global configuration file #267

Hello, first of all, congratulations on this wonderful project.

Would it perhaps be possible to add an environment variable to define a path to the global configuration file like: CNC_DDRAW_CONFIG_FILE=C:\cnc-ddraw\ddraw.ini?
