can't manage to make Mental Omega work #300

RA2 yuri's revenge is working on my arch linux with wine 9-3. downloaded Menal Omega and extracted in the RA2 yuri's revenge folder. when i run the cnc-ddraw config.exe the following error message pops up.

That error message it not related to cnc-ddraw at all. Are you sure you are running cnc-ddraw config.exe?
