Lossless Scaling #307

I've tried a program called Lossless Scaling on Steam and it works amazing in RA2 since it helps scaling 2D game up to 4K + Frame Generation image Maybe you would be interested in it ? : )

I think I've seen that before, but I don't remember the details now. What's the advantage over cnc-ddraw's upscaling?

I didn't add support yet for RA2 menu upscaling yet, does this tool upscale the menus? Can it upscale in windowed mode too?
