Try to change MTU value at "USB Network Devices - Ethernet over USB" page.

Tried to set 1350 and 1300.
Some problems solved - like kaspersky update.
But as before, some internet pages did't open (f.e. http://kinopoisk.ru/)
Or takes too much time or open after numerous attempts..

The same problem

Same problem. I drilled down to this.
When connected with the router, which is connected via Yota USB stick
("Ethernet over USB" mode), the following URL fails:
https://ihelper.mts.ru/SELFCARE/static/customization/default_selfcare/styles.css
Tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari), different connection to the router
(wifi, wired), different MTU value from comment #2 (1350 - 800).
The problem is 100% persistent, have been watching it for 3 days.
When Yota stick is connected directly, or even with "Internet sharing" from
another computer (no router involved), the URL mentioned is loaded fine. It is
only 5 line text file, its original content attached.

The file from comment above is 125 bytes and is on HTTPS, this might be the
clue.
I tried to `wget` it and the request timed out. While similar URLs (e.g.
https://ihelper.mts.ru/SELFCARE/static/customization/default_selfcare/layout.css
) work fine.
