Photo for the article #17

The changes proposed:

  1. Downloaded photo for the new article in public/static/images/IELTS experience.jpeg
  2. Corrected bio.md
  3. Added a new article - 'IELTS experience.md'

Issues:

  1. One file I created is called 'IELTS.md'. We don't need it, but I can't delete it...
  2. I would also like to remove from the website all my old technical articles. But can they still be stored in the repository without being published?
  3. On the top of the main page there's the subheading "Vlada Rusina blog on technical writing". It needs to be corrected to "Vlada Rusina - blog".
