How can I blacklist blocks or items? #23

I want to prevent some blocks and items from excavating. Then I edit config, But it doesn't work. QQ截图20210630120135 QQ截图20210630115904 Are there anything wrong? I'm looking forward to your answer.

The config doesn't use triangle brackets around each entry. Please refer to standard Forge config formatting for lists.
