I accidentally mined half my AE2 system and when I try to do /undo_excavation it says Undo Failed: Area obstructed

I haven't placed any blocks, but cables have attached buses which might be an issue (I have around 600 items in my inventory that needs to be placed back - the excavation limit is set to 128, but a lot of blocks were constructed from multiple items)
