More than 1 block dropping from 1 to zero blocks #30

Every time I activated the ore excavation, the first time it drops all the blocks, but once I do it again, it drops 0 blocks, sometimes only 1. For example, breaking 30 blocks of dirt ends up in nothing.

It seems that with Block Per Tick at 3 is less possible to happen than in 128.

I had no other mods that inflicts with the dropping system.

Also after trying to break one by one, sometimes no items appeared, only after using the ore excavation mode.
