Crashing when attempting to multi-mine signs. #38

MC Version: 1.18.1 Forge Version: 39.0.55 Ore Excavation Version: 1.10.159 I went to mine some signs using a couple of shapes. on a dedicated server and a single-player world. on breaking the targeted sign, the server and world both crash.

On reload of the server, the targeted sign remains broken but the others are not. this was tested with Oak and Birch signs.

I also have the EditSign mod
