Only works in creative on modded blocks? #46

Hello

I am using MJ's Raw Ores Backport.

Excavation only works in creative.

When I switch back to survival it does not work on the two blocks, every vanilla block works just fine.

Any idea why that is?

I didnt change anything in the config or in the settings.
