Items get voided inconsistently when dropped in bulk #33

Bug Report:

When dropped in large bulks, items seem to get voided/be not retaining the same quantity when picked up. This badly affects in-world automation setups. (Actually Additions Atomic Reconstructor, AE2 crystal growth, et cetera)

The bug is inconsistent, and doesn't seem to be reproducible all times.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Give yourself ten stacks of something
  2. Put them in a chest
  3. Break the chest
  4. Notice the lack of several stacks of items
