Recording from MAX through Sunflower to Audacity issue #115

I am able to record youTube audio from a browser into Audacity using Sunflower. 
I am unable to record from MAX into Audacity using Sunflower. I am playing from 
an electric cello into MAX using firewire input and want to record to Audacity. 
How do I output from MAX through Sunflower into Audacity? I have tried endless 
configurations. 

OS 10.4.11, MAX 4.6, Sunflower v1.1
