No soundflower 16ch available only 64ch and 2ch.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install program
2. Run
3. Select from status bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:16ch      What I see: 64ch and 2ch only

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.6.6 on Mac OS X 10.7.5

Please provide any additional information below.
I just want to be able to play music and have my mic going at the same time for 
a livestream. Cant seem to do it with 64ch. Every guide ive seen uses 16ch.

I have to delete SF1.66 with the deinstaller and then install SF1.52 - for me 
it works
fine on OS 10.83 so far
