Btw @Eeveelution the D3D11 backend needs testing on windows, i couldnt get dxvk-native to work properly after it got upstreamed into dxvk, and i dont have a setup right now to test in a VM (pinging here so it can be tracked here and easier to tell when you get around to it, no rush)
Tested on my VM, D3D11 works (at least with the Microsoft Basic Render Adapter), merging as it brings in a bunch of other needed fixes that have been holding back other things
I want to get this merged into master even as WIP as theres multiple backend-agnostic bugs that would be hard to cherrypick
