Hunger bar is missing brown fill. #3

http://i.imgur.com/noZeSZr.png The 1.6.4 picture has the brown fill so i assume that the 1.7.10 version should have it also. It also seems like the meat shank is overlapping the background. Perhaps things are just ordered incorrectly?

Seems to be a rendering issue with certain items in the hotbar. Not sure what all causes it but i know that enchanted books do cause it for sure.
